A few tips for your candle care:
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep away from things that can catch fire.
Keep away from children and pets.
Use a heat resistant candleholder.
Leave at least 10cm between burning candles to avoid over heating.
Never touch or move a burning candle.
Do not place near a heat source.
Trim wick to 5mm before each burn to limit the build up of soot/mushrooming and promote a steady flame.
Burn candle for two hours at a time. Burning less can cause the candle to 'tunnel' (build up of wax around the vessel's sides). Burning for over four hours can cause the wick to move or slant.
Snuff out the candle. Do not blow out your candle and never use liquid to extinguish the flame.
Keep the wax pool clear of matches and debri (wick trimmings, etc).
