DELIVERY AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. All orders are delivered 1st Class UK Signed for by Royal Mail. Delivery is charged by weight. This is worked out automatically at the checkout.

We currently ship domestically to the UK only.  At this stage, we do not ship internationally.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and should be expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. We will introduce different methods of shipping in the near future.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Bodyenrich Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bodyenrich Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and take any pictures of the damage as proof to send to the courier.

Refund Policy

Change Of Mind Returns

We want you to have a great experience with Bodyenrich Ltd.  We accept returns within 30 days of orders being dispatched, providing products are unused and in a resalable condition.  Please note shipping costs for returns/exchanges are at customer’s own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns. To enquire about making a return or exchange, please email [email protected] with your order number and details of the item/s you’d like to return.

Please keep all original packaging materials as this is an important part of the product, and we’ll provide you with instructions.

Faulty Items

We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery, as well as recorded delivery costs to return the item as long as you enclose a till receipt for the cost of returning the item to us.

Proving a quality product is of upmost importance to us at Bodyenrich Ltd.  If there are any issues with your order, please email us at [email protected] with information and pictures of the fault and someone from our team will be in touch.  We offer full refunds or replacements for faulty items.

Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or melting once the product has been successfully delivered to you.  We take care to deliver quality products to you, and it your responsibility thereafter.  Please keep the candle out of direct sunlight and do not keep outside for long periods of time.

An alternative product will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. It may be necessary to provide photographs of the damaged/faulty goods.

Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.
